Last weekend while I was with my mom at a Red Hat convention my little guy did a run without me. Logan started out strong and the tripped just a little ways into the 1/2 mile run - this was him limping back - Jeff told me it took forever for him to come back. Notice him holding the shorts so he wouldn't get blood on them and also notice in the other hand a bottle cap that he had to stop and pick up - I guess it was shiny and distracting....
Afterward he got to sit in the back of an ambulance and get patched up - he thought that was the coolest part of the run!!

That is so cool that Logan has competed in a run! Poor little peanut with a boo boo!
I wish I had taken more time to be fit while my children were young and still positively impressionable.
