So today I stepped on the scale and I lost .1 - yup POINT 1 - As I just told someone - a loss is a loss no matter how small - at least I'm going in the right direction and at least it wasn't a gain!

I believe you told me that, and it holds true for even just 0.1lbs! Congrats! Good luck on Saturday, sorry I can't be there to cheer you on.
I'm a Wife (27 years), Mom (Two boys 26 and 13) and other assorted titles.
I have lost 100 pounds on Weight Watchers and changed my life!! In December 2009 I hit goal at Weight Watchers and In January 2010 I made Lifetime! I'm enjoying spending more time with my family doing activities that I haven't been able to do before. I'm a runner and a cyclist. I also love to read and I have the perfect job for someone who loves to read, I work in a library!
I celebrated my weight loss and fitness by joining a running/walking group in June 2008 and training for my first half marathon! I have ran 32 half marathons and 3 full marathons! I have also caught the Triathlon bug - completing a Sprint Tri in June 2010 My current training goals are to have fun and enjoy the ride!

Down is better than up anyday! I can say it to many, but believing it myself is a challenge.
Congrats!
Any loss is a good loss! WTG!
