Well I lost .2 this week. I was hoping to lose at least what I had gained last week, but it wasn't meant to be. The temperatures here went way up and we have been in the 100's several days in a row now and I have been puffy since. I know it is probably just water weight and I will lose it, but darn it does this have to happen when I'm so close to 50 pounds lost??
On the plus side I had the bright idea to walk/run after weigh in and meet up with hubby and younger son who had went to the movies - it was a little over 4 miles between the two distances and I did it! (not like I had a choice, I really had no where else to go! LOL!!) I do have to say it was mostly walking, but at a quicker pace that I have been walking on the treadmill at and my running intervals where not that long because one of my knees started bothering me, but by golly I did it!! I did the 4.31 miles in 1 hour 10 minutes.

Your loss sounds like mine this week - .4lbs. GRRRR. Better than an increase, I know, but come on already!
Kudos to you for running/walking to meet up with DH and your son! That is awesome.
Good luck with the knee injury. Hopefully it is something that can be worked out over time.
Ugh, I think I gained this week, but haven't stepped on the scale yet. Traveling kills all my good intentions.
