Week 42 weigh in!

I gained 1 pound. My leader looked at my journals and talked with me and we decided I didn't eat enough. Weird huh?? I didn't compensate for the more activity points being used and didn't change my food at all, so I need to eat a few more points a day especially on the days I run and make it count - protien mainly. So next week will be a better week!!

Funny how the body works sometimes. You don't fuel it thinks you're starving it.
