I went to the gym!

So on Friday I took my workout stuff to work (like I had a couple of times before last week) and actually went to the gym! I didn't drive past it! I was going to do Yoga - but I found out the class didn't start until 6:30 and on Fridays I get off at 5 - so there was a Zumba class starting so I did that! It is quite the workout, but before I started running there was no way I could do a whole group class, I usually ended up sitting out part of it and dying in the corner - but I made it through the whole class and only got lost a few times! I did find out I have no rhythm! I even came out of the room feeling tired, but not really over worked - well that came later when I tried to get out of the recliner to get in bed! Anyway I'm very proud of myself for actually earning some activity points on Friday! The only thing that is left this week is my weigh in on Sunday to take whatever number they give me and move on.

Good for you going to the gym after work and on a friday, no less.

I'll probably be feeling some of the same way you did when I leave on Monday afternoon.

They have Zumba at my gym, but I haven't tried it yet. I've heard it is lots of fun, but I'm also lacking in rhythm so I'm a bit scared ;)
