SacFit Saturday!

Today was a nice 8 mile run - the weather was perfect and the company was wonderful! We really passed the miles quickly! I could really tell the speedwork that I have been doing has been making a difference, I had to stop twice (once to stretch out a tight hip and the second time it was to get a small rock out of my shoe) and both times I was able to kick up the pace and catch back up with the group!

You are doing and looking so good! I'm thinking I need to start getting up at 4 every morning and beat this heat and get a good run in. I really would like to run the half marathon in january. You inspire me bre!
