My Weight Loss Ticker!

Weigh in!!

I lost 1.6 pounds this week - bringing me to 65.8 pounds lost total!! My family and I rewarded me with a 15 dollar I tunes gift card which I will buy more music to workout to - all of my rewards and non-food and I reward myself every 5 pounds.

I learned this week I need to eat to lose - I ate when I was hungry, used all my flex points and at least half of my activity that I earned and I lost! I wasn't starving like I was last week.

I agree, you have to eat to loose- It took me a while to get that to stick!
