Week 30 weigh in!
I lost 2.8 pounds this week! Not bad for not being able to work out this week! I know my body averages a week behind, so I just need to do all I can to not show a gain next week. I did very well with the food this week and I sure missed going to the gym. I never thought I would be one of those people who have exercise withdrawls! LOL!! I am now down 39.5 pounds! I hope to work out a little today and get myself back into it. I'm going with hubby in case I don't feel well and he will keep me on track but make sure I don't over do it either.
