I have a cold! This has totally messed up my workout schedule and I'm trying very hard not to let it mess up my diet, but I'm starving all the time!! So far I'm doing well, but I don't know how much more I will last if this dumb cold sticks around.
I'm a Wife (27 years), Mom (Two boys 26 and 13) and other assorted titles.
I have lost 100 pounds on Weight Watchers and changed my life!! In December 2009 I hit goal at Weight Watchers and In January 2010 I made Lifetime! I'm enjoying spending more time with my family doing activities that I haven't been able to do before. I'm a runner and a cyclist. I also love to read and I have the perfect job for someone who loves to read, I work in a library!
I celebrated my weight loss and fitness by joining a running/walking group in June 2008 and training for my first half marathon! I have ran 32 half marathons and 3 full marathons! I have also caught the Triathlon bug - completing a Sprint Tri in June 2010 My current training goals are to have fun and enjoy the ride!
