Week 22 weigh in.

I gained .6 - let me say that again slowly so I really understand it - I - Gained - .6

I don't understand - I worked my butt off at the gym, I journaled everything I ate - I only used 1 of my flex points and I earned tons of excercise points and didn't use any of those. The only thing that my leader said that maybe my body held on to water and I didn't eat enough to counter act the excercise. I worked out 6 days last week. I'm very dissapointed and bummed right now. I went to the gym after weighing in and my shoe broke. This just hasn't been my day. I now need to find a comfy pair of shoes to replace these for my workouts.

That is soooo frustrating. Keep in mind too, the body is a complex machine and you could be retaining fluid, as well as many other oddities going on.

Keep up the good work and you'll see the results you want in due time.
